    No I’m not anti-ff 😆. I just haven’t needed it for trout or river smallies. I’ve thought about getting one but then I did pretty well in early spring through much of the summer. But they gone now😂

    I trout fished in the morning at Taney Como. Got back and put in at around 12:30. Water temperature was 51, cloudy and sprinkling. Ran my regular spots in the back of the coves and caught didley squat. I don’t have a fish finder so I fish the banks that look good to me or I’ve previously caught fish on. I just threw the RK Crawler and switched colors.

    I was at the ramp at 7 o’clock sharp. It was overcast, but the temp was around 50. No wind at all. Ran my usual spots but it was slow. Well, slow relative to the spillway bite😁. Really just back to normal. Had a big brown on for a few minutes but the hook pulled out. That and what looked like a recent stocker were the only browns. Caught probably 7-8 rainbows with some thick ones around 17-18”s like this one. Left around 11.

    I have coyotes too. I posted a picture of one last year I think that was nearly bald from mange. I live about a mile up the hill from the Missouri River bottoms.

    I read every report. Even @FishnDaves rough fish adventures😁. Pictures add a certain panache to a report. IMO😆
