  1. Yep. Very nice!!
  2. That’s how my wife found out about my fear of those things. We were going somewhere and she ran back in the house to get something and trash was all over the kitchen. We had just walked out not 2 minutes before. She came out and said something is wrong in there. I go in and I’m trying to figure out what the heck happened when this squirrel comes bounding up the stairs from the basement. I saw it, freaked out and shoved my wife out of the way and ran out of the house. She comes out and I’m hiding behind the car with a window scraper in my hand ready to kick some squirrel ash. She called the land lord and he shoes it out the door with a broom. Came in through a hole in the basement. Nasty animals😐
  3. I’d like to fish with one to see what’s up. There’s lots of videos on them but I’d like to see for myself. Sure is polarizing😂
  4. There’s times on the white that fly just gets hammered. Doesn’t the original pattern have some yellow in it?
  5. Sounds like a good back story there. ??
  6. In shallow water. Absolutely. But deeper than 4-5 feet depending on water color the bobber improves hookups dramatically. I’d rather fish drys, streamers or soft hackles any day. But many times bobber fishing the tail waters is what works. Especially heavy flows.
  7. That’s why I like palsa indicators. Kind of an in between option.
  8. I grew up fishing nymphs without a bobber. It can absolutely be better than with a bobber. But the opposite is true to. It’s fishing. They just like one way or another on any different day. I was fishing a whacky rig this summer for a few weeks. Then they just turned off to it. I was reeling it in quickly when a smallie smoked it. I started fishing it like fast retrieve jerk bait and you could not get it away from them fast enough. Let it drift naturally with the occasional twitch and nothing.
  9. I thought they still owned it? The sold the property by the upper shoal back then I believe. But I'm not around there enough anymore to have any real time info. Great place though eh??!!
  10. My daughter found that out when she shot one with a pellet gun...😁
  11. The flu "vaccine" is effective if they chose the correct strain at the beginning of the season. So are other DNA based vaccines. I'm not defending the people on that forum. I'm pointing out why some people are vaccine hesitant, and why the discussion about these experimental drugs should be allowed. Not only allowed but encouraged. That is the basis of scientific research. They said it would stop the spread. It didn't. The say it's safe and effective but they had to be made by law to release data on the drug. Technically we can't say they are safe because we have no long term data. So technically anyone says they are "safe" is spreading misinformation. What if they are wrong? Vioxx killed 60,000 people while the drug company knew and covered up details in the data about that. We still don't know the risk we accepting when we get these shots. Because even the CDC admitted they didn't discern in the data between "with" Covid 19 or "from" Covid 19. You don't think any of that would give someone cause to be hesitant?
  12. That's the "new" definition of vaccine. To accommodate for this trial drug. You don't see an explosion of polio cases do you???
  13. I've caught a lot of fish on corporate boondoggles... 😂 These days I limit my "site visits" to places I want to go. The Missouri River bridge in Williston ND in the winter is NOT on the list.😁
  14. Below is the last paragraph of your article. If this is true then why does Israel with the highest vax rate in the world (estimated at 98.5% of the population) see a huge explosion of infections? They are the most vaxed and masked country in the world. "It’s been one of the largest challenges to messaging, but also to keeping people healthy. I think it's important to stick to the facts. And the facts of the matter are that vaccines work, high quality masking works, boosters work, distancing works. And when you put each of these layers together, you get heightened protection, you get less people infected, you get less people with severe disease that then can't participate in the workforce can't keep our infrastructure running," he says." But then Rueters reports this: Article link below but here's the main point of the article. So which one is true??? Average number of new infections reported in Israel each day reaches new high: Now reporting more than 84,300 daily COVID-19 infections are increasing in Israel, with 74,435 new infections reported on average each day. That’s 91% of the peak — the highest daily average reported on January 24. There have been 2,683,443 infections and 8,556 coronavirus-related deaths reported in the country since the pandemic began. https://graphics.reuters.com/world-coronavirus-tracker-and-maps/countries-and-territories/israel/
  15. Jim Monagh had a 10 plus in practice.
  16. Snow and cold here, tourney cancelled..... I guess I'll go to Basspro and blow some money.
  17. I didn't know it was bad to play your food. And I'm offended I have to reply to this on a public forum....
  18. You told me to save it😂
  19. I took a screenshot😁. Bidding starts at one bitcoin.
  20. Seems the pro vax are the ones getting emotional about anything that they don’t agree with. I’m all for it.
  21. I’ve seen guys run lines out with jet skis too. They like to get over that offshore bar.
  22. I got a T cell test because I wanted to see if I ever had it. Negative. I’ve been exposed over and over including my daughter having it here at home. We went to her graduation, rode in the car with her to Rolla and back and she woke up sick. She tested positive both rapid test and pcr. We never quarantined or anything. Wife and I never got it. Or at least no symptoms.
  23. @Johnsfolly. You got a new quarry. Pictures would be nice if you catch one...😀 https://www.kentucky.com/news/nation-world/national/article257122662.html
