    I was directly exposed twice at work in 2020 when they recalled us for a 2 weeks. Nothing. My daughter had it the week leading up to Xmas and we were with in the car her and her graduation leading up to her showing symptoms. When she got here at home she woke up with symptoms the next day. Neither my wife nor I got it. Or maybe we had bit no symptoms I guess. I took the memory T cell test in mid December came back negatory.

    Monoclonal antibodies are tough to get right now. All of the sudden they are in short supply. Plenty of shots though.

    I bet the GMC also gets upgraded stuff you can't see. When we made Buick Park Ave the Electra got a heavier dash pad and more insulation under the carpet than the lesser models. Similar upgrades in the leather and door panels. You wouldn't know without a plant tour though.

    Maui Jim ultra thin glass are the top of the line. And so is the price. I love mine but they stay in my truck. I have some Costa's amber lense with green coating that are great on our rivers. Really brings out the gravel I would like to avoid in a jet boat. Wrap around for sure. The one thing I would do next time is get ventilated so they don't fog up. I had a pair of prescription polarized that were vented and they were great.

    That’s why I do hiit. I’m done in 12 minutes. I used to ride a couple thousand miles a year. 2021 I only had a little less than a thousand. But a lot more hills.

    Weights twice a week. 3 days HIIT. The rest riding bikes if weather permits. I used to ride a lot more but I get more more out of HIIT in a way shorter time period.

    Yep. I’m lucky so far everything works.
