Tru dat!
I never learned to type. The nuns at school told me they would have women do that for you in the work force. I have no chance in a pecking contest.
I like the ones that show the tie in fast forward with no narration. Kind of like the animated knots.
BTW, how long did it take you to type all of that?
There used to be a match fishing show on TV around here a couple years ago. It was fascinating to see their methods. Although I'm not touching the bait. Looked like a huge mess to clean up after a day of fishing.
And drove my parents old station wagon to Arkansas and skipped school on Monday because the water was off and the fish biting. Although my dad was a trout bum he still beat the crap out of me on Tuesday.
Not my biggest or first smallie but Saturday I caught a 17 incher out of my new boat. My son caught the first fish ever in the boat and it was a small spot. But hey, he got the first!
Thanks Hog Wally!!
I use them on big buggers when thrown on sinking lines. I never really noticed a difference in catching so I just don't tie them in anymore.
Like the peacock hurl on a crackle back or other patterns with stuff on top of a dry fly. How can a fish see the top of the fly. I just don't tie it anymore.
