  1. Me too! Try the bluegill color. Bass love em!!
  2. The local farmers coop sells hybrid bluegill and I've had the pleasure of fishing some private ponds stocked with them. Pounders are common and they will flat hammer a popper on a fly rod.

  8. I wondered this too when Eureka and Valley Park have flooded twice in two years.
  9. Wow, the wild about Dannas. How many cars have Fall Creek Motors lost in the past 10 years or so? That red one sat on the shoal at Fall Creek for a while a few years back I think.
  10. I would've liked to gone to that. I have my last kid graduating high school Saturday.
  11. You got time. When's the fish fry?
  12. Yes, yes, yes if you want fish of the size in the slot, yes.

  14. Better get some inserptacide
  15. The white dude's mug shot looks like an old corpse photo from the 50's or something.
  16. Got up this morning to put a boston butt on the smoker and then go fishing. Got everything loaded and noticed so smoke. Put it on the gas grill with a couple big chunks of hickory in there. Butt on cold side. It's plateued nicely right now at 193 after 8 hours. Should be good to go around 4 after I take it out, wrap in foil and put in a cooler for a couple hours. Fishing was okay since I got there an hour later than planned.
  17. Looks like one 18'er would work on Vernon Big Chicken!
  18. I fixed it.
  19. A lot of cottonmouths there too.
  20. No Kidding!! Sounds the same as the Crane Creek forum. SNAKES everywhere stay away!!!
  21. Also, the copperheads I've been seeing, their eyes are the same color as their bodies. My wife even commented that we couldn't hardly see their eyes since they blended so well.
