I got a bike and ride it nearly everyday. Best thing ever. Enjoyable, cardio and keeps your legs strong. Once your legs go it’s over. I even have one at my condo on tablerock. I also lift 2 days a week plus the bike. Last year I did a squat challenge at work. Got up to 1500 per week. I haven’t decided on this winters challenge yet. An hour a day can change your life. I’m 62.
