Yep been there. I was lucky to be on the company dime several times in NYC. With the VP. He had expensive taste and considered it part of his benefit package. 😂. We sell 10’s of thousands of tons of steel in NYC area every year. More bridges per mile than anywhere in the country.
I stayed in the Hilton in manhattan in about the 15th floor I think. Volvo dealer across the street was on the 4th floor. Wild to see all the cars on the 4th floor. Every time I went I couldn’t wait to get out. I got rid of all my NY customers thankfully.
I was there a few times for work and our VP would eat them. I just couldn’t do it. I didn’t pass up steaks at Sparks or Peter Lugers though😁. Some of the best meals I’ve had were in NYC and New Jersey believe it or not. We had an office in Asbury Park and rail spur in Elizabeth to service NYC. Had some legit Italian in Jersey. Great to visit but I wouldn’t ever live there.
I've lost count of how many I could have reported... Not bragging, just didn't. And I only have live wells with no aeration. You've seen my FBI crime scene photos right??😆
I agree with you but it's the mighty mississippi not muddy.
My lineage was not engaging in that second part.
But it explains a lot about you I never understood....😆
I use straight invisix fluoro and fluoro leader with braid. Never had any problems with it. Never had problems with vanish or red label either. It’s just too stiff. Palomar or shark knot and crazy Alberto. Lotta spit😂
I don’t really have a life list like you guys but a jack is one I would really like to catch. I can’t believe as much time I’ve spent saltwater fishing I haven’t caught one yet. Others have on the same trips but I haven’t. I’ll get one sometime. Thx, @Johnsfolly!! You had a good year.
That’s what I do when I can’t go fishing. I put the new lures and stuff in my cart on bass pro then close out of my account so I don’t buy it. There’s like 87 items in it now😂
I used to use straight braid on a med heavy bait caster with a jig and pig. Never seemed to be a difference between me and my buddy who used mono. Strictly largemouth fishing though.
Estate sales nearly always have cast iron for sale..... Cheap. I didn't use to care to, but now if I'm not fishing I go with my wife and daughter. Pretty interesting and I've bought tools and stuff you only use once in a lifetime but when they are a buck or two it's worth it.
