Agree so much. TV has very little journalism anymore. It's mostly commentary and pundits. It started just with the evening, prime-time talent, but it's all day now. The sad thing is that most people don't know the difference between the two, so actual journalism gets lumped into commentary and vice versa.

Then they'll make you sign for a $6 order, so add another couple of days.

I hate getting things via FedEx. I'd take USPS or UPS 8 days a week.

I find myself doing to "click and pull" or ship to store at BP but their often out of things, even online. I've been getting stuff from Discount Tackle. The run sales a lot and I can get the sizes and colors on the Zman Ned heads and baits. It's the only place that I can find Zman finesse worms.

I assume that because you keep complaining on any thread you can and not talking about taking any action. If you've cleared the cookies and you're still getting the incest/S&M ads, then it's definitely because everyone here hates you and is out to get you.

I know it takes a lot on to convince you of something. Show-Me State or whatever, yada yada yada. But ads are 100% served up based on the individual device with Google Ad Services, which Phil uses. Period. (Or Turtle Period in your case). Idk how you cookies got whacked out where you get these weird ads, but it's your device that is giving Google the information to choose the ads, not the site/admin saying "give something to X user because I want to mess with him" or whatever you think. That is how it works. Just like rain falls from the sky and it gets hot in the summer, that's how it works. Clear the cookies on you phone and see if it changes.

That's really neat. I'm pretty sure I have a bunch of pink SJ Worms, but I suck so much w/ fly catching that I mainly use jigs now. I'm taking a couple co-workers Sunday to Taney and we will definitely be using pink worms near the Landing. I remember as a kid buying a pack of pink floating bubblegum worms after reading an article in Field and Stream or Bassmaster. I just don't understand it.

Is there a little box to close it? Some ads allow you close and mark in some way--offensive, not interesting, etc. @bfishn said the same thing. Maybe it's the sideway triangle? I don't visit the forum on my phone. Sorry. It's a horrifying/gross image, so I'm on your side w/ this.

Why pink? Pink hoppers, pink worms. I've caught them at RR on pink jigs. Seems like a rarely occurring natural color.

You're correct @Phil Lilley, you have nothing to do with the ads. It's all algorithm based on the user. I turned off my blocker and I also have HBO Max and Microsoft Azure analytics, probably because that's what I'm writing about. Sorry @fishinwrench. It's you.

Sure, I'd love a screenshot of you browsing history. I've used an ad blocker for years, so I don't see any ads here or anywhere else. Wish I could be of more help in your quest to avoid weird boob ads.

Aren't ads served up by Google based on the individual's cookies (ie browsing history and interests)? So, what else do you browse for besides fishing forums?

It says it's only 4 hrs old (as of 7:17 pm) I'm surprised it's taken this long. And I'm surprised the trout parks and Taney haven't turned on spin fisherman.

What happened? Maybe I missed the thread on this.
