  1. Good info right there. They always seem to have some good options.
  2. I've seen some big ones in that lake. I'm not sure about his story but I wouldn't doubt it.
  3. I thought this was going to be your craw. This one looks good too though.
  4. If nobody here comes up with anything you might try Archerytalk.com. It's a forum with a pretty good classified section.
  5. Cool looking snake. I've never seen one either.
  6. Well he won't love it once he finds out the truth from all these people that have never been in one.
  7. You either roll over and give up or you fight for it. If it was me I would go get it. Who is going to stop you?
  8. Or wakeboarding if that's what you want to do.
  9. I agree. It really shows who can fish and who should have just stayed at home. Anybody can do good when the fish are biting.
  10. So if you can't back a trailer you automatically can't drive a boat? That's an ignorant assumption. You know how many people can't parallel park? I work downtown and get to witness it daily, there aren't very many. So I guess none of those people should be driving a car.
  11. I didn't want you to take that the wrong way Bill. I wasn't calling you out, I remember what you did last week and I'm sure you do that a lot with as much time on the water as you spend. But the loud mouth was out of line. Offer some assistance. If they don't want it fine.
  12. Maybe somebody should have offered some assistance. Maybe the loud mouth in the Champion. Maybe someone in the 8 other boats could have helped. But this is 'Merica. We'll just bitch about it. Does not matter if it's a million dollar boat or a $500 flat bottom. The problem is that he has probably never been shown. I've seen plenty of people in bass boats that are just as bad. I offered them help, most took it without ever saying thanks or anything but I did it anyway.
  13. I've looked at them in the past. Neat idea. Were you able to drive one?
  14. Do you have a set bedtime too? Do I need to call Raemi and ask if you can come out and play before I drive up to fish? I hope you don't get grounded.
  15. That's might be true to some extent but if you spend a lot of time in a boat a fiberglass one is just going to be a more comfortable choice. I know there are some newer ones that I have no idea about. But if you fish a lot of tournaments and/or like/need to make long runs then glass is the way to go. I wouldn't go so far as to say they are better. Everybody has different desires/needs. I think it's like comparing a pickup to a car. Just different. I spent a week one time fishing in an aluminum boat on Falcon Lake in Texas. I don't see where a glass boat would have been any better except in getting to where we fished faster and being a better option in the wind.
  16. You can say that about every thing that comes out of a politicians mouth. Unfortunately you have to have permission to do ANYTHING in the land of the free.
  17. Somewhere between the time we get off work and the time we go to bed.
  18. Well aren't you a stud. Nice job!
  19. Sweet! Close and would work but it's not like the older ones.
  20. For bass a wart works pretty good but my favorite would be a Poe's Super Cedar 300 in firetiger. Good luck finding one of those though. I couldn't even find a picture online to show you.
  21. There are good dreams and bad dreams. But how bad can any dream be when your job is hanging out on the water and fishing.
  22. Yeah you don't want any of that money to get away. I can't blame them, it's how they survive.
  23. This thing is intriguing. I think I'll pick some up and give them a shot.
