  1. I consider myself extremely lucky because at 70 years old I have not been in a hospital since I was 4 years old with pneumonia. No surgeries .not on any meds, my allergies haven't bothered me since my late 20's and I get around pretty good. Still climb ladders to paint and hang sheetrock ,can fish 10 hours while standing . I feel for those that have medical problems and I hope that those that do are blessed in other ways.

  4. I almost had a head on collision 2 weeks ago on T between 13hwy and 83 by Gerster.A guy in a white pickup was across the center line in my lane. I hit the brakes soon enough to slow me down till he pulled back into his own lane. I am glad I always pay attention on that road that is at least 3 close calls in a 40 year period on that road. I guess I need to stay off it. I was doing 50 plus mph at the time.
  5. I am sure you got a building permit lol.

  20. I fished for bluegill during the summer on a local lake for 20 years with crickets and #4 test with a split shot in 15-20 feet of water. I never caught a big gill in less than 12-15 foot of water. If small gills would get to the bait on the fall I would add a little more weight. I never could figure out why I never caught them deeper until I got a locater that would show that 20 feet was about where the thermocline was located during the summer. I know gills suspend but you might have better luck fishing on the bottom in 20-35 feet of water on the rock. FYI gills love a little piece of peeled crawfish.
  21. How deep did you fish for the Gills?
  22. how is the bow?
