Pulled this pic of Harper's off the web, Shenandoah and Potomac merge there, lots and I mean lots, of wadeable water.

If you get a chance, hit the Potomac around Harpers Ferry for some smallmouth. It used to be really good, dunno if it still is. Lots of Civil War era history around Harpers too.

If I was a few years younger I would consider getting a beagle and do some rabbit hunting. Sure is nice when they walk out onto your shooting range!

Some nice fish. Talking to a fishing buddy today and we were thinking it is great time for the folks that have boats in slips to be out on the lake, tough to launch from a ramp right now.

A couple of years ago I took a different route back to my house near Pea Ridge. Passed a building that had a full parking lot and people lined up outside the door, had a sign out front - ReLeaf Arkansas. Wondered what the heck is that? Did a search, and found out it is a MJ "medical" dispensary. They have quite the product line, edibles, topicals, all kinds of ways to get your THC. I'm not into it, but it is funny how many different products they have come up with. Somebody is making some money.

Had some back pain a week or so ago, pulled the Tylenol out, it had been in the cabinet for a while so I checked the expiration date and it was sometime in 2019. I went and got a new bottle.

I bet I have some food in the fridge older than Seth. Which reminds me, time to do an expiration date check on that stuff.

Same thing here this morning, 2 inches of sleet that has turned to ice. Walking the pooch, I got on the downhill side of a ditch and did a slow slide down to the bottom. But it is melting now, top layer is soft and no problem walking on it. Of course it will freeze again tonight. Might be able to get to a ramp this weekend and do some fishing I am thinking.

I remember a few years ago where ARDOT got embarrassed by the pics of snow covered roads ending at the MO border where it was bare pavement. Main roads are all clear now, side road to my house at least got sanded this afternoon so I can get out and about. I hate this stuff, I am ready for spring!
