Taking pain meds?

My thoughts was why there would be a live round for a set in a movie. No use for one. But then, why refer to the guy as an armorer? I would have thought to call him the prop guy.

I feel for the loss on the set of the movie, senseless loss of life. The gun is always loaded, rule number 1. But I am looking forward to seeing the truth come out on this one. Headline this morning showed Alec Baldwin shot a producer and another on the set of a movie. He beat his kid, attacked a flight attendant and others in public in hot headed displays of anger. As a human, he was always a POS. My first thought on the headline was he finally went and pulled the trigger. Hot headed antigun guy that was using one to make a living on the set of a movie that was to make him more money. I really want to see this one play out. Will his Hollywood fame keep him out of this or will he get busted like OJ?

I used a blem from Ellis for many years and it kept a good charge. They quit selling them around here. Ellis has been bought out now by someone else using their name. Don't know about the quality or the price. My Father was friends with the guy that started it many years ago.

After all of the stuff that has happened to my head and neck, I wear a auto inflate PFD while I am around water. I can get choked on my own spit if I don't swallow right. I have not dunked or went under since the last radiation, but I know my limitations. Don't give up, adapt and keep going.

They are stealing catalytic converters for money around here. Drug use is at an all time high. Who knows what went after him. I doubt if it was PETA, they have been pretty quiet for a while.

My purchase at Academy was $13 even in Rolla after a fine lunch at Sirloin Stockade. We dodged rain all day here, boat still dry. Fished out of Roark till dark, lots of shad balls after wind died before dark. No fish yet. Stayed in room 113 last nite. What could go wrong if you believe in superstitions?

Wifey and I started to tour a cave one time a few years back. There was a wait, it was primitive and you had to carry little rechargeable lanterns. I looked at the herd posted for the next round. "Do you want to get trapped with them and have to survive?" We walked away. Not one of them looked tasty and the rounds going off would have rung my bell too many times.

Ammo and reloading supplies are coming back online. I was able to pick up dies, bullets, primers, and powder to reload for my .350 Legend this week. I could buy most any ammo I need with a little looking. Prices adjusted for current metal inflation.

Ran thru a crop of them today on the job. Not a sign of fruit. Most were little bushes along a branch that were less than 10-12' tall.

It was early Sept after Labor Day. Lots of bushes, no fruit. We have been watching for several years now since my buddies Uncle started raising them in an orchard near Joplin. He brings some along on each trip. Not something my radiated taste buds like.
