  1. I thought she was with DHS. Has that changed?

Thanks for the info. I don't go above High Poiint. The last time I did it cost me $800.

Any news on them yet? I’ve not heard a thing yet. I’m thinking about Sons in the morning and maybe on up to CC.
  4. “Honey bucket”?
  5. I really don’t care what you think but I don’t appreciate the fact that you are basically calling me a liar, but what can I expect from a guy who knows everything about everything. I think you are showing a one sided bias in your total support for items that have gone belly up and haven’t been produced for quite a while. As far as your beloved Johnrudes go I owned several and only had one that didn’t blow up.
  6. I am anything but a tech. I did own an Optimax 225 for 14 years. When I sold it, it had over 800 hours on it. It only had regular maintenance done on it by a friend of mine who is a Merc factory trained mechanic. His advice from the get go was never leave the launch unit the Smart Craft gauge showed at least 120°. I always followed that procedure and still do with my 7 year old Verado.
  7. I was considering Cape Fair tomorrow so I ran down there this morning. Nope, not going, nasty looking water with debris everywhere.
  8. You better behave yourself because I bet he knows where you live.🤣
  9. I just checked my weather ap and it shows a flood warning for a lot of the Table Rock drainage. It looks like it is already up a foot. We have standing water all over the yard. I don’t know how much we’ve had because my rain gauge is not out yet. The Springfield airport is maybe 10 miles away and they have had 1.92” in the last 24 hours and most of it is headed south. How much have you guys gotten?
  10. Congrats on another good day. Did you catch any more meanmouth or good smallmouth? You may have to brake down and throw that thing. I have 2 tied on in the rod locker but have not pulled them out yet.
  11. Cassville decided years ago that school should be canceled on March 1.
  12. I got such a butt waxing that I kept sliding around in my seat on the way home. Jeff had a 3# spot today. Thanks for the swim bait lessons.
  13. Wasn’t Bill Davenport on of the big sticks back then?
  14. Remember what the weights were when the Arig first came on the scene?
  15. Then why post about it here?
  16. If it sounds too good to be true….
  17. He does good work. Before he started his company we would send each other hooks to be used in molds that the other guy didn’t have. Now he has way more molds than I do.
  18. I don’t know what you guys want or what you have been paying. I know a young guy who got into the business a few years ago. He lives in NE MO. His name is Mike Seibert. His business ic called Seibert Outdoors. Give him a look. https://siebertoutdoors.com/
  19. He is a great host as well as an accomplished stick.

    Crane

I haven’t been but almost always see vehicles south of Crane by the conservation area. Yesterday there were 6 guys by the road. I don’t know if they were coming or going.
  21. Yours was not the thread to which I was responding.
  22. Oneshot I’m glad you got them and your hearing has improved. I’ve had loss for decades caused by the same things you mentioned. I also have tinnitus. I went to an audiologist last month and asked what they could do about it (nothing) and if there were hearing aids that wouldn’t whistle going down the lake at Interstate speeds (no). So I didn’t get any. I just turn up the tv.
  23. Why can’t you guys stick to the subject instead of falling off the ledge? Surely you can go to web sites that cater to those thoughts instead of mucking up fishing forums.
  24. I read the label on that stuff. It said no rinsing required so I sprayed it and wiped it off, no water spots . I noticed a bottle of 303 that I bought to use on trailer tires. I sprayed a coat of it then wiped the motor again. Clean as a whistle and shiny. Maybe I will have to drag the hose to the boat bay less often.
  25. The upper James was busy. I’m guessing I saw 40+ boats yesterday. When we left there were 22 truck/trailer rigs on the lot.
