Looks like a strange version of the Wee Wart. You’re right…that’s a heckuva bait. They have about the best side to side hunting action I’ve ever seen and you have to fish them slow to make up for it. I’ve added belly weights to them with success. If you get them down to 6-7 feet you could catch every darn fish in the river.

My buddy just fished a tourney at Stockton and the winner had a 2 day total of 17.8 pounds…. not good

So Oneshot likes freshwater fish, I like saltwater fish and you like Arby’s!! BTW Arby’s now has Hush Puppy fried fish sticks that aren’t horrible!!

After I hunted waterfowl for around 30 years, I decided to spend most of my time fishing. It was fun back in the day with my lab. Now I only maybe once a year at my buddy's duck club. Actually, I'd rather just just call in the ducks and geese and watch the others shoot.

Your “Shocking” experience and aftermath reminds me of this new craze of cold water plunging to reset your system. I think that swimmer Michael Phelps is endorsing this new freezing cold water bath tub that is supposed to have truly amazing health benefits. I thought it was too much hype until I read your story!! 😂
