MOPanfisher Posted November 18, 2020 Posted November 18, 2020 Since I had to be in the city for dr and infusion, I braved the COVID zombies and picked up a salmon fillet. So for tonight's supper for my unsunsuccessful deer hunter wife is, salmon seared on th cast iron plate on my grill, coated will some dulled butter, sautéed cabbage and bacon because there was a half head in the fridge that needed to be used, and some microwaved baked potato with extra dill butter and sour cream. Ain't a fresh tenderloin tossed still warm onto the grill but I think it will be ok. rps, Gavin, Mitch f and 2 others 5

Terrierman Posted November 21, 2020 Posted November 21, 2020 Leftover tuna casserole (with peas of course) pan fried in butter to put a crispy crust on both sides. Frank's Red Hot to give a little extra pizazz, cup of good fresh coffee. No pictures, I already ate it.😎
