rps Posted May 27, 2020 Posted May 27, 2020 I just put half of a tri tip in the sous vide at 129. In the vac bag I added soy, miso, and much garlic. I pulled up the parsley to replant from new seed. I used it to make tabouli to go with the tri tip.
Terrierman Posted May 28, 2020 Posted May 28, 2020 I did a beer can chicken. Fresh tarragon and seasoned salt under the skin. Steamed a big batch of asparagus. When there's some room, there's a salad waiting for dessert. The chicken was well above average. Johnsfolly and rps 2

I'll keep an eye on it for a few days and when it stops growing, it's mine. I'll have to check around here. Here is what we found two summers ago. Too dry last spring/summer. This year has been wet. Just for perspective the large fan in the middle was over 8 inches across. Delicious. Love Don's chuckwagon beer batter and cocktail sauce on these guys which learned from the master himself ! Johnsfolly Posted May 28, 2020 Posted May 28, 2020 My wife has been using the Griswold to make Dutch baby pancakes. Topped them with a little powdered sugar and strawberry slices. Like a thicker crepe. Terrierman, ness, Mitch f and 1 other 4

Put it in a glass pie pan, think I used too much flour. It didn''t rise like yours. Tasted more like a bisquick pancake, still good. BilletHead 1 The answer may not lie at the bottom of a glass, but you should always check

I gave a bag to my neighbor, who's now on the hunt too! When I went to check on the other one this morning, there it was, GONE! Either deer or another mushroom hunter. Deer are always suspects, they cleaned up a big patch of small white non-identified ones in the yard night before last. Johnsfolly 1
