You can always buy a griddle for your gas grill.  My buddy at work loves his.

True, but the only grill I have is the Kamado Joe Jr.

I don't prefer gas but when you work all day it certainly makes it easier to grill dinner.

I have a Traeger, good for burgers, smoking, etc. and I have a Weber Kettle.

I'm scared of pellet grills now.

Our Pit Boss went KA-BOOM 💥 on the front porch and I'm lucky it didn't catch the vinyl siding on fire.

It's back to charcoal for this residence.   I looked it up on YT and apparently it isn't all that rare of a happening.     The thought that everybody has them right next to their house.....is kinda frightening.

Didn’t know that was an issue, thanks

Yes, but there is something about the flavor. Besides the little egg is also a superb smoker.

I have a weber kettle, smoker and weber genesis gas grill (Special Edition in Gunmetal Grey😁).  Actually you can get a quite a bit of smoke flavor using a steel pan with wood chips in a gas grill.

Cooking something new to me for dinner tonight. I bought a portion of teres major at the butcher shop. $8.99/lb. Supposed to be the second most tender cut on the cow. I have rubbed it and have it wrapped in cling film. In a bit I will drop it in the sous vide at 130. This evening I will quick sear it and serve it in medallion form with sriracha horseradish cream.

                  Looking forward to this!
