Ground beef, pinto beans, salsa, tomato paste, beef broth, garlic, onion, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, sazan, soy sauce, anchovy paste, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper, expresso powder, cocoa - all mixed together and heated.

             Thanks again Big Louie :) ,

  Picture heavy if you don't Like good stuff don't look! A Big Louie loin.

      Sous vide @130 degrees in a marinade sauce (Asian Sweet Chili). Then seared on round griddle,

 

 

 

      The juice and sauce were retained from sous vide bag. A bit more sauce added and heated on stove.  

  Plated on bed of rice with steamed broccoli, Warm sauce spooned over meat and rice. We are eating good in the BilletHood,

It was very good. For some reason, my phone was not allowing me to type a comment. I wasn't sure that would even post.  

Easy, very easy way to cook a whole chicken. My only issue, is the breast meat.  While very juicy,  almost flavor less.  Definitely needs sauce, or the renderings.  I used the "Little Potatoes", baby carrots tossed in lemon flavored olive oil.  Tossed in Herbs de Province.  Both the olive oil and seasoning were from past recipes.
