BilletHead Posted November 11, 2016 Posted November 11, 2016 Hard to beat the egg sammich, only way is goose fat in a vintage skillet ! There was a lot of history and meals melted away in the cleaning process. I will say the carbon build up will gather before I am ready to hand these down to BilletHead JR. MOPanfisher Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 I like my egg sammich to have a slice of cheese. the last one I made a added a couple slices of braunschweiger to it, upped the lowly egg sammie a few points. BilletHead 1
Flysmallie Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 If a sammich contains no cheese then it better be a PB&J.
rps Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 I just mixed a quarter cup white wine with a quarter cup of orange juice and a quarter cup of soy sauce. I added a squirt of sriracha. I put tonight's wings in a baggie with the mixture. Film at 11.
MOPanfisher Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 Gourmet lunch. 2 slices of wonder bread with some butter like stuff on it, honey mustard, couple slices of havarti cheese, a goodly amount of Cajun chicken shavings, a few minutes in a skillet, served with a couple Klausen dill pickle Spears and coca cola with a squirt of lime juice, just because I wanted to feel rich. ness, rps, Johnsfolly and 1 other 4
