Of course I have a keyboard! Can you imagine knocking on your neighbors doors night after night telling them what you're making for dinner? Gracious.

How about a joefest at the Current River Tan Vat access?  Everyone can bring an organic, free range, hormone free, humanely raised and harvested food item, then, for a cash price, which will be donated to a food pantry, throw it at me while I sit in a chair, some feet away. We will then toast our good fortune with any kind of liquid, and then struggle to catch trout on the Current.

Ach. There was an article in GQ or Esquire where someone tried to raise xx amount of money in 48 hours, and one of his ideas was to sit in Central Park and have people throw (tomatoes? ) at him for money, get their aggression out, so to speak. 

I'm shocked Mr B head would freeze a heritage foodstuff to fling at yours truly. Shocked.

Dang, I was gonna volunteer to sit with Joe if I could bring a net to catch and keep the food, but frozen, ouch!  Showing off your good food is pretty much the same as posting pics of a fish you caught, basically saying look what I did.  Some of the items have have lead me off in directions I hadn't considered, I am not a trained chef by any stretch but I know things I like and am willing to explore new things.
