Fajitas tonight. Marinated flank steak done on the grill, red onions, Anaheim chiles and red bell peppers, roasted. I like mine with a little sour cream and a tomatillo salsa on a charred flour tortilla. 

All washed down with a Negra Modelo.

Hope you did not put that in a crock pot. Your pork had a boiled meat taste on the piney trip. Did not mater because we were all drunk and hungry.

I don't have much to add to this tonight, but I did cook a frozen pizza the other night. 

It tasted good when I put it in my mouth.
