Red 'Monster' (what ness 2.2 called it when he was very young) was a family favorite. Daughter learned to love crab legs there, but the boys always had to have chicken strips (go figger ). Still go there every so often -- usually with my daughter -- and can always find something I like.

Spent a lot of my youth living near the Connecticut coast where we fished, spearfished, and collected fresh seafood (i.e., lobster, clams, etc.). Also many good fresh seafood places like the Clam Box. I was disappointed every time that I have been to Red Lobster when I lived in PA on the quality of the fish and crabs/lobster. Always seemed to have been frozen for a long time. So just stopped going. Maybe that was that particular restaurant or the chain. I don't know since I just stopped going to others.

Good luck, I haven't heard good things about the restaurants in that town. Called my guy Wilkins down there and he couldn't think of one that he would recommend but he also said he didn't like seafood. And that they also lost some of the better off the beaten path places in the storm last year.

Last was simple all American fare for a guest. Roasted chicken, dressing, cob corn, and sauteed snow peas.

Tonight will be different. Creamy smoked salmon pasta with capers and dill. Photo later.
