My wife is in Denver.  Technically she cooked this.  Kobe cooked on the hot rock in the middle of the plate.  $12/ ounce.  She said it’s awesome. I had to suffer with a trailer pizza.

I’m smoking a brisket for the entire clan today. Got up early and put it on the Traeger. Went to my wife’s Alumni awards dinner last night at Webster University. Very diverse crowd. Enjoyed the food 🥘.

Pan grilled jumbo Hebrew National hot dog served with stone ground mustard on a Hawaiian roll with a side of tabbouleh.
