Ryan Miloshewski Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 Duck and portabello for lunch. Anybody ever shoot a club-footed duck?? “To those devoid of imagination a blank place on the map is a useless waste; to others, the most valuable part.”--Aldo Leopold
ness Posted March 25, 2020 Author Posted March 25, 2020 Leftover hamburger with some red wine, grated carrot, minced celery, red pepper and later some cream. Added in leftover jarred pasta sauce. Look, it’s a fake bolognese! Elbow pasta tossed in. Shredded Parmesan. Actually pretty tasty. Terrierman and rps 2 John

MOPanfisher Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 Had some time today, and since it was so warm didn't want to use the oven. So the ham went it the smomer, along g with a couple slabs of spare ribs that we found in the freezer. Seasoned the ribs with some Rudys Rib rub that a friend from Texas sent me. Mopped them with apple juice with a little apple cider vinegar in it, then after a couole hours wrapped them in foil. The ham just got tossed in and bagged after a couole house sonic wouldn't dry out. Also a 1 yr old Border Collie who was given a rib be and told don't swallow it, before I even got the words out she had it turned lengthwise and poof it was gone without so much as a burp. I hunk that is her "not sorry" face. ness, BilletHead and snagged in outlet 3 3

Nothing like what people think. The sauce and meat filling come from cooking down pork, beef, chicken, red wine and vegetables. No tomatoes. Warm water dough hand rolled and cut.
