dtrs5kprs Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 If you just want to catch some it would be hard to beat the Ned, a 3/16-1/4oz shakey head, or a little brown jig thrown on the main lake points in that area, or the gravel points around Coombs Ferry. 15'-25', maybe even 30' in places. Dead slow. Brush is a plus, but not 100% necessary. Nothing wrong with deep fishing, but it does take some knowledge of where to look for them. Bill's recent post covers that pretty well. Takes a lot of graph work and can be tough if you are not confident in it. As far as parts for the Ned...Ozarks Extreme Outdoors on Indian Pt is about as close as any other option to where you are staying. Just down the road from Silver Dollar City. The shops in Kimberling also have some parts, as do Fin and Feather and Sportsman's in Springfield. The Ned on a 1/8oz head and 6# line in PBJ, green pumpkin, or Canada Craw is about as close to a sure thing as I can think of. Should still be able to catch some on it back in the creeks a bit too, big creeks not coves, on deeper rock transitions or points in the first 1/3 of the creek. magicwormman 1

abkeenan Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 You're going to think lightning hit you this fall, my brother untitled.png Nicely done sir. I think the Razorback's will be vastly improved this year along with Tennessee. That Tigers vs Hawgs game is gonna be a good one. Even more so since there might be something on the line since it's the last SEC game on both teams schedule at the end of the year. Could have bowl implications riding on it. Should be fun. The knifers should have a field day with this. You guys are welcome to do as you want, but I'm only passing specific info these days by PM. Nice graphic but we could still help the lady out without posting it out here for all the meathogs to latch onto. denjac, Codywskeeter1521 and james 3
