I do like my trout fat, dumb, and happy BUT if they are inaccessible, its sort of a moot point.

When they say "Normal", they are referring to  659 MSL.

We were a part of the revising the master plan and we can say that there was not talk of water levels during any of those meetings. It dealt with the land between the water level and the USCOE property line.

I am sure that water level was a popular topic among those attending unfortunately the meeting topic was the Master Plan revision which has no changes to water level.  We see that a lot at public meetings, established to seek input on "A" and everyone come to talk about "B thru D".  Hopefully they took at least a few minutes to address the water level though.

Don't look now! Bull Shoals in back in the 670's. In a few more weeks, I might be able to launch at Jimmy Creek again.
