Loose Wave Runner

Hello All:  I put my boat in yesterday and went for a ride.  I spotted this wave runner sinking and on the loose.  It was by the island between 10 and 11 on the James.  It belongs to someone. I have tried to download a pic but can't .  Ot is a Polaris 140 with Mo# 6690 FC.  Who do you notify?

Did it have any structureal damage.i ask because  you said it was partly sunk.

Yep. Should have put one in it for a coup de grace and watched it sink.

There is a guy that rides one all year long near Indian Point.  I saw him riding the other day.

Maybe somebody should call Indian point village and ask them if their town idiot is missing.
