My wife Mary and I are not believers in the traditional sense of the word, but we do believe in the power of people praying, or simply in people having good thoughts and wishes.  So now...it's my turn to ask.  We just found out this week that Mary, the love of my life, has cancer.  It's a rather odd form, a squamous cell cancer that's usually a not too dangerous skin cancer, but it's inside her rectum, a lump that was just assumed to be a hemorrhoid until she had a colonoscopy.  If it has not spread, it has a better than 90% chance of being cured, but it can't be removed by surgery--she has to undergo 6 weeks of chemo and radiation.  She gets a CAT scan on Friday to see if has spread or not.  We sure would appreciate any prayers and good thoughts.

In the spirit of your request, I almost made the error of posting "I'll be thinking of your wife's a**".

I decided that since laughter is good medicine I'd share that with you anyway, but my heart's really in the right place. Best Wishes.

I can't dance like I used to.
