Champ188 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Dave (dtrs5kprs) is apparently too modest to say anything but he makes the Ozark Finesse heads, which are by far the finest Ned rig head available anywhere. Or maybe he's just loaded up with orders. Either way, anyone fishing a Ned rig would do themselves a huge favor to fish the Ozark Finesse heads. Unlike the Z-Man heads, these have a single cable wire weedguard to save you from hanging up every other cast. In fact, you'll hardly hang up all day. Cut Zinkers or Zeroes, Ozark Finesse heads and a bottle of Loctite Gel super glue and you're good to go. As for colors, anything green pumpkin-based or PBJ is pretty much the ticket on Table Rock. big c, Blll, darrencombs and 12 others 15

MOPanfisher Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Well crap, I stopped and bought the brn/orange TRDs because I was being lazy, and I was thinking creek/river. Now I gotta stop by next Dr. Visit and buy some full size zinker Z's. Maybe one of these days I will actually try them.

Good info on lakes and techniques, gear, repair, just all of it. And plenty of good folks to boot. darrencombs, magicwormman, Daryk Campbell Sr and 3 others 6

Really, the TRD is on the market because it made the rig accessible for people who wouldn't cut a bait. For whatever reason. If you throw it, you won't look back. Just keep an open mind, and slow down.
176champion Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Nice video on the Ozark Finesse Head I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips
