WeekendWarrior Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 For those that only visit this page thought I would let you know that Major League Fishing is at Lake of the Ozarks filming. They fished the gravois arm yesterday and today are fishing the Glaize arm. dtrs5kprs, crazy4fishin, magicwormman and 1 other 4
WeekendWarrior Posted June 15, 2016 Author Posted June 15, 2016 Yesterday I think it was James Watson, Mark Rose, Marty Robinson, Kevin Short is all I saw. Today all I saw was Palinuk
Bill Babler Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 How were they doing? Did you see them catch any Hog MaMa's? Fill us in on the Lake O page of their techniques and tactics for Lake O. Tks. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Champ188 Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Good grief. A week's worth of daytime fishing on LOZ in June? In those little 18-foot boats with 3 people in each boat? Not my idea of fun -- or safety. dtrs5kprs, Grumpy53, magicwormman and 1 other 4

moguy1973 Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Stinks that I'll never get to see this air on TV since we don't get the Outdoor Channel. They say it will air in January for those who do. -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson

While that is somewhat true.......no lake in MO or perhaps the country has as many 30'+ performance cigar boats with more horse power than a NASCAR event thrashing the water from May til October as LOZ. In my 20's I went there for party time with buddies....slowing down in my 30's I wouldn't dare go back there for peace and tranquility fishing time. Table Rock gets rocking and rolling for sure.....but nothing like LOZ. Not knocking the LOZ crowd and to each their own....but not for me. Grumpy53 and magicwormman 2
fishinwrench Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 I fish out of a 18' bass boat (sometimes even on mid-day during the weekends) and there's no denying that things get sketchy at times, and sometimes it's impossible/dangerous, but the really cool part is that IF you can get to the area you want to fish chances are you'll have it all to yourself and the fish will not have been harassed for quite a while. magicwormman, abkeenan, Hunter53 and 2 others 5
