Quillback Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 Shook pretty good at my house for about a minute. Dishes rattling, neighborhood dogs barking. I've felt a few while living on the west coast, but usually they were short duration. Guess they are all different. Muddy Water and Champ188 2
Old plug Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 I have My Radar App. I t reports quakes hourly. It all came from the fracking out in Oklahoma., It will get worse. They will not be satisfied until all the constant shaking out there brings down one of those damns on those nearby lakes. Some days they have 1/2 a dozen small quakes in a matter of hours. They have speculated they could have one out there close to 7. dtrs5kprs 1

Donna G Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 Shook us in Bella Vista, Arkansas. I slept through it. Typical. I've slept through a tornado in Texas. Champ188 and our neighbor started texting when it happened. He said it freaked out all the cats. Some of the news agency are blaming fracking. Of course, there is that pesky New Madrid fault line a lot of us sit on. jdmidwest Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 That Fracking over there really puts out the quakes. "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
tho1mas Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 I believe Bush caused the quake. Daryk Campbell Sr 1
MOPanfisher Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 I must be related to Donna, I have slept through tornados and some pretty good storms. Well I did before we had a border collie that is terrified of storms. If it shook anything at my house I must have missed it. Small frequent quakes don't really worry me much, now the idea that a big one in OK, might trigger a big one in the New Madrid fault area etc etc. That is more concerning. But there ain't nothing I can do about it so I guess I will just go on with life as long as the Good Lord let's me. Daryk Campbell Sr, Donna G and Champ188 3
Cindyjo Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 Quit using oil and the fracking will stop. Or quit complaining about the results of fracking. My gosh.
