Like most folks who aren't touring pros, I spend more than 90% of my day fishing instead of running. I'm a lot more concerned about comfort, stability and room to move around without falling overboard off a narrow front deck. And I also value comfort and safety over speed when I do choose to run. As the old bumper stickers used to say: I Love My Ranger.

He was hammering them with that ugly colored plopper. No one else stood a chance. Goes to show that the best still faulter but someone always guesses the correct bait.

I wish they would show more bloopers like this.  This was on the MLF Facebook page.  You may need Facebook to view it.  It's Chris Lane trying to flip the Plopper and he lost grip of his rod and into the drink it went.  Somehow it floated though?  He uses Carbonlite rods and reels, so I guess they are really light...Didn't think it'd float with the reel on it though.

I seen that today and was shocked, because the rods/reels i have lost contact with went straight to the bottom in a hurry. His floated like it was foam filled.
