I don't understand this premise at all because you have no choice of seasonal conditions, the weather, lake conditions, etc. That's why no matter the size boats we have, most of us have them packed full of thousands of lures.

We all know that lures are tools to be utilized in certain conditions. FishinWrench doesn't pull out a sledge hammer to put new reeds in an outboard.

This will prove nothing except that by squeezing the kerning very tight, you can actually fit RICHARDSON on the back of a jersey in 6-inch-tall letters.

They've been filming since last August, so lures can be used in their prime season. I'll being filming an episode for a swimbait company out of Louisiana within the next few weeks.

I like the premise of the idea but yeah....kinda hard to compare a baits effectiveness vs one another. At time of fishing you will have varying weather conditions, seasonal patterns, water level, locations, fishing pressure, person representing their baits fishing skill level, etc, etc, etc, can't really be leveled across the field for the competition. Not knocking the format or idea as it will be in good fun, just hard to crown a true champion bait.

That could work. But what I gathered from the video the bait maker will be fishing with the host of the show. So it's one boat at a time spread out over the course of a few months or so. 

I kinda like where you are going though Dave. A tournament where you have to fish your one bait and that bait only the entire tournament against others doing the same.
