Ham Posted April 20, 2019 Posted April 20, 2019 I’ve been wanting to get to Havasu for a few years. Jeez that would be a hoot to get a 3 lber BilletHead 1 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
JUNGLE JIM 1 Posted April 21, 2019 Author Posted April 21, 2019 Thanks everyone, it should be a lot of fun. Last week some 4 and 5 lbers were caught, they are bedding now at Havasu. Pictures are up on Crappie.com in the panfish section there if you want a look. Probably won't fish Havasu but hoping for a 12 inch coppernose gill from Perris. One that size can break 2 lbs. Maybe I'll get lucky. Daryk Campbell Sr 1
Quillback Posted May 3, 2019 Posted May 3, 2019 Caught a 12" redear in one of the Bella Vista lakes on a shakey head while bass fishing. Not a big one by Havasu standards but the biggest one I've ever caught. Fat fish, looked to be full of eggs, I bet it went at least 1.25 lbs. Didn't have my camera with me unfortunately.
