I was wanting to catch a mess of them on the TN River below Pickwick this week, but it was spilling 10 gates at the dam.  The area we fish was too turbulent to get a boat in.

I did catch one on the lake bigger than those as a bycatch from bass fishing.

He keeps us guessing.  Lots of soft shoulders on the forum, so he keeps me guessing on if he will piss someone off today, or hurt someones feelings.  Im a "say what i think" guy also, but try to keep my fingers from typing it.  Now in person, uh huh.

TinBoats BassClub.  An aluminum only bass club. If interested in info send me a PM.

Yeah I know, everybody thinks I say "terrible things" all the time.

If I had as many thoughts that I couldn't share as some of you guys my head would explode.   I'm not ashamed of what I think.....so I just let my thoughts fall right out of my mouth.  For the most part I feel like if someone gets offended then they are living in a dream world and I'm scared of being around them anyway.  So get offended, leave, and life stays good.    Reality is a much healthier and safer place IMO.

One thing you can take to the bank is....if I act like I like you, then I genuinely do. There isn't a phoney bone in my body.

Now this I like.

Come ahead on !

As long as they allow the lake to be at 657 or above it should be good for a few weeks.

Even after this flood??

Usually saying ones that speak their minds and stand up for what's right and don't let people walk all over them can be some of the most trustworthy people. Just ask my wife!!

These creeks fall out really quick.  And I truly expect it to be crazy good as soon as they are safe to wade in again.

I grew up creek fishing down on my grandparents farm years back, had a lot of fun, a very close friend of mine who lives in Alton Mo, we used to fish Frederick creek which runs into the eleven point river. Man did we used to catch some nice smallmouth and largemouth out of there. Thanks for reviving old memories.

I loved the creek until a drought hit it 10 years or so ago.  It is a losing stream that went dry.  It has not been the same since.

We came in from the river 2 years ago and went up a ways.  Not any big fish to speak of.  Back in the day, we could hit it after a morning of trout on 11 pt at Greer and catch a large number of bass.
