There really is no need to tote antivenin in the field. You would be better off having an epi pen on the off chance that you would be allergic to the bite. Crofab is poly valent. It works for crotalids which includes rattlesnakes, cottonmouth, and Copperheads. It won't help for coral snakes or poisonous snakes from other countries. Anti-venom would not be necessary if I ever got bit as I'd already be beyond dead from the heart attack. magicwormman, big c, dtrs5kprs and 1 other 4 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." snagged in outlet 3 Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 My neighbor sells antivenin. Along with other drugs I think. He talks too much if you ask him about his work so I don't. The new neighbors found that out the hard way last weekend. I slinked off when he went into his dissertation. magicwormman, Champ188 and Ham 3
