SplitG2 Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Got out a couple of hours the last several days and only able to scratch out a few here and there. Tried enforcer's bluff pattern, but couldn't get it going. Took my brother-in-law out this morning and got into them on the main lake gravel points....super secret ones! Drop shot and 6XD found them. We then dialed them in by dragging 1/2oz football jigs. The key was it had to be dragged, c- rig style and it needed to be in the 18' range, so casting parallel to the run out was best. No hard hits, all were subtle and just loaded up. A few pics of the better ones and a good one the bro-in-law caught last night. Have a happy and safe Independence Day. m&m Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Split, thanks for the information. Now if I can only remember where I saw that big boat and that bridge in your pictures, I would have an idea where your secret spots are. Good looking smallies. Mike SplitG2 1
SplitG2 Posted July 8, 2017 Author Posted July 8, 2017 Similar pattern, different locations this morning. Still on the gravel. Found the better ones in 15'. Water temp between 81-83. m&m 1
