Found one tucked back under the shelf at our Wal-Mart, had my wife do the price check thing and I'll be darned if it didn't come up 67.99

Needless to say I snatched it up, and grabbed a Simmons 4x32 to put on it for 30.00 while I was there.   Gave it a good bore scrub and took it to the back yard.   Even in these gale force winds the thing only took 5 shots to sight-in and 3/4" groups at 25 yards is no problem.    The gun feels solid, and aside from needing some trigger work I'd say this is the buy of the year.   Pretty darn nice!    Hits like a hammer.

Was at Nixa walmart today and they had 4 for $98.  I came so clise to buying one. talk me into it wrench. What do you like so far? They are all 22 cal.

The thing feels solid, it's accurate as all hell, and it hits as hard as any other .22 break barrel out there.  I have yet to find a pellet that it doesn't shoot well, whatever you stuff in the barrel it shoots it straight.  What more do you need to hear?  I have about 400 pellets thru mine so far and haven't even had a single flyer.  I smoked the first Simmons 4x32 22Mag scope, so I exchanged it for another one.  I haven't even tried the Center Point POS that comes with the gun.

Take your phone with you and show the cashier the 68.00 price on Wal-Mart.com and they'll match it.  Screenshot_20180316-014415.png

There's a easy trigger mod using either a 8mm bearing from a hobby store (or a piece of ball point pen barrel) that results in a trigger pull even better than the Charlie Tuna trigger.  You'll want to do that because the stock trigger configuration is a long creepy disaster.

Dang it, I was trying to stay out of this activity, Yesterday you stick "Who's gonna fill their Shoes" in my head all day, now this.  How much other crap do I have to buy to go with this thing? How far will it shoot? I have a couple decent scopes around.

A quality 3-9x40AO scope will bring it's capability to life.  As for how far it'll shoot?  Well I'm gut shooting these dinosaurs at 55yds. and taking their heads off at 30yds.IMG_20180316_112516104~2.jpg

According to my ballistic chart it is still hitting at 12.37ft/lbs. at 50 yards with the pellets I am using. (it takes 4 to scramble rabbit brains, 6 to scramble a squirrels, and 11-12 to scramble a coon's or a groundhog's).

How many of you guys are there now?

I am not sure what you call you all.    I am teetering through several names. "The air gun militia" ,  "The Tree Rat Pack" , "The Bunny Brigade" , "Team dinosaur destroyers" , " Starling Slayers" or " Pellet Brothers" to name a few.
