Man,

Not sure what happened to October or much less this whole year, but my annual November trip to Taney is finally here.  My Cuz FMCBrandon and I will be hitting it hard this weekend.  Likely almost all night fishing as we have the families down with us.  Looking forward to getting the kiddos out during the day as well.  Looks like we'll have plenty of wading time if the schedule holds up.  How's the DO holding up?  Any Browns still biting?  As usual I'll try to keep this post updated.  Should be down sometime tomorrow.  If anyone would like to join us in the evenings just shoot me a message.  Always enjoy meeting new OA members.

We finished up around 4am.  Fishing was pretty slow.  Caught some on top water, and jigging.  Saw a guy catch another huge drum on a flyrod.  Overall fish were in the small size.  We saw some bigger ones but they wouldn't cooperate.  I did catch a brown for John though :)

Thanks buddy for making sure that my brown trout was still swimming☺! Do wish that I could have been able to fish with you guys. Just didn't work out. I am jealous of both the brown and that giant drum. Can't wait to see what you guys catch tonight!

We'll get something figured out buddy.  Longest day ever at SDC... Full moon tonight though, won't be long before we get back out there.

Fished from about 11 till about 3.  Was pretty slow again overall, but we still managed to catch a few.  We fished down past outlet 2 and worked our way down to rebar.

My cuz was jigging and I was throwing a topwater, and then switched over to an orange San Juan worm.

Fish were fiesty and colored up good.
