Sounds like we've got something in common there. I once attended a mandatory two day personnel seminar that everyone hated immensely. When we were breaking for lunch on the first day, the instructor took me aside and told me that if I would agree to not come back after lunch, he'd happily just mail me my certificate for having completed the training. I guess some people are just adverse to good old objective input. Nonetheless, I couldn't help but feel a little sorry for all of those people in attendance that missed out on all of the other really cool stuff that I had to say! Played golf that afternoon and went fishing the next day. Best training ever! And you're right - there is no purposeful or practical use for golfers. When golfers are on my course the geese have "no safe haven" , left, right, fairway, green and sometimes my back yard. I see it as a valuable service provided to our community !!!!!!!

"Point" might be a little better description although in reality just facing in the general direction is pretty much what I'm really striving for.
