Ok yes I'm not right. Went down to the river with 3 Rods, 6 pound Test Line and #6 Hooks, fishing with Worms on the bottom for Suckers, caught some Big Rainbows.

Everyone says you need smaller Line and Hooks. So I went with 4 pound Test Line, #12 Hooks. Don't catch anything.

Told my wife I'm changing back. She says you do this all the time.

The reason I was fishing for Trout is I have found couple ways that we really like and I have no Gas.

Some 6 lb lines I fish have a smaller diameter and are harder to see than some 4 lb lines.

Depending on the weather, water clarity, and how I hold my mouth, I could catch a trout on 12 lb test.  With a cigarette butt for bait.

Trout have no sense of rhyme or reason why they want to feed.

The only pattern I have found is find a trout, don't spook him, and keep putting something in his face till you wear him down and he makes a plunge for it.  They all have a weak spot for something.

Ok in truth I have plenty of money but I gave my wife control of it and she says if I had it I would blow it. I got enough to do me probably until I die. First thing she said was no Boat. She don't understand how much I have or I should say we have. I told her I wanted more Vinyl for my Pickup and a Garage Door Opener and I would be Happy. 

I would have more Gas but I had to take my Pickup to her Moms because I picked up some Flooring. That took half a Tank of Gas. Gas light came on yesterday, I had $10 put it in and the Gas light was still on. She gave me $20 which would fill her car. She don't understand she gets 30 MPG I only get 16 MPG.

You listed 3 things that "she doesn't understand".   If she doesn't understand how much you're worth then how can she know whether or not you get more gas money or not?

 

Tell ya what I don't understand.....Is why you don't snatch that check book back from her before she understands how easy it would be for her to split with all the money.  😅

Depends on who made the money in the first place.  Seems like all he does is screw around and not have a job.  She may be the bread winner in the family.

I don't understand how ~7 gallons of gas could fill any car. But 4# test lands giant saltwater fish it should work for them suckers  and  I caught a lot of trout on 8# test a while ago, but they were rainbow stockers and ate 6" long night crawlers so, I don't know if it means anything.

She knows my worth but she is still thinking no money. 

 

I have my Checking Account and she has hers. I let her have control of my money because she was throwing such a fit. Gave away a bunch of money before we got married 35 years ago because her sister told me she was just marrying me for my money. Its just money if I raise enough stink I can get Gas Money but got enough to go to the river and Gym until I get paid.

I bring in twice what she does. Plus it is / was my money I got couple months ago, which is separate from my pay.

 

No Gigolo here I'm married. But anymore we are just friends.
