OK, time to find out who is bringing what.

I'll sign up for plastic utensils, plates and cups.  I will bring ketchup and cole slaw.

It seems that Thursday night is kind of a grazing on what is available night, Friday is fish fry night, and Saturday is again up for grabs.

I am also happy to bring peanut oil (I think that is what Brett uses), if needed.

I'll plan for the fish fry Friday night.   peanut oil is the best just have to watch for allergies when cooking for groups.  Can use vegetable oil or a fry oil from SAMs if want.  The SAMs fry oil is what I used last year I think.  I'll bring some red potatoes to and so some wedges.

There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!

Jeff if I remember right his big fryer takes like 7 gallons. I brought two jugs. Don't take that for the gospel. I have slept a couple times since then.

If all goes to plan I will bring two dishes. One a bit spicy and one that you can doctor up to your liking.

Since I am now going to be working prior to the event I may be able to btng something after all. I don't know how well the chicken mushrooms will travel but may be able to bring some mushrooms from the Asian market like last year. I'm going to have a busy travel schedule. I'm planming on being able to fish Thursday morning but will have to be in Columbia Thurs night then back down to fish Friday afternoon then will be there through Sun.

I can have my wife bake again?  Figure a cheesecake, cupcakes for the sweet tooths, and some muffins for quick breakfasts.

If need be I'll bring some stuff for the fryer too.
