Its been my belief for years that the worse the weather is the better the fishing is.

Yep was rough day you caught this

There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!

Heck I'm just looking forward to the warm weather lol.  I agree though caught some nice fish in cruddy weather.

May question my sanity while fishing at night during a sleet storm, but hey they were biting good :)

That was the year I fished with a 100% rotator cuff tear and 90% bicep tear on my right shoulder.  My main memory of that weekend is waking up to take more Vicodin and have another sip of moonshine.  The other memory is you wanting to put spider chair on the icy front deck of Ham's boat.  And him not having any of it.  Oh and that icy catwalk down to the dock at Riley's.  Lives were risked I tell ya!

Ooh-rah Marine. Seems like you’ve fished thru pain a lot. I hope you’re rain as rain this time around

I'm way better than last year.  Just a couple of sore muscles in my legs that make me wobble like a weeble but
I don't fall down.  Looking forward to it like always!  Especially seeing you.  Not too put anybody else in the shade but you are one special dude.

Rick it appears he did get the spider chair up there that year.   Yeah I remember you toughing it out.  The things we do for a good time!

Took this pic while fishing with Jeff and Hoglaw 2013.  Can you Believe its been that long

Only because I thought he might roll the boat and kill us all.

Let me get a 60 inch wide boat and ppl can put a chair on the front deck if they want.

When I have my mind set on something it is hard to change it.

Sometimes,  it’s easier to steer around trouble than use your brakes to prevent a collision. When you are a guest in a boat, you should abide by the Captin’s safety concerns.
