That's what keeps playing in my head. If I can just make it till about 3pm Sunday without doing it I will be okay. Think I'll commit to having a viewing party so I can't leave.

I haven't talked to a friend of mine who is a Chiefs fan if he was going to have folks over for the AFC Championship game. He did that for the Bama game and that did not go well for him😌.

I have completely lost my appetite for going to Chiefs games. Of course it's hugely expensive, but I get an offer or two a year and still just turn them down. They get $60 just for freakin' parking now. It's a pain to get in and out of there. It's loud (which gives me a headache) and everybody stands up the whole time. ness 2.3 was out there Sunday in THE last row in the west end zone. It was cold and he couldn't see. He wasn't too concerned with the cost, since he was gifted a ticket and a benefactor slipped him a c-note to cover parking and a couple beers. 

Meanwhile, said benefactor lit the fireplace, snuggled up on the couch in some sweats, drank a couple beers (that you can get six of for less than the price of one at Arrowhead), ate some queso, and paused/rewound the game whenever he wanted/needed to. Gonna repeat that Sunday night.

Yeah parking is outrageous unless you park outside the lot and walk in. I’ve parked outside and had a shorter walk to the stadium than those that have paid. 

But the whole thing is a hassle. I rarely buy a beer inside. Probably haven’t bought a 12 pack in all the games I’ve ever been to. 

And hell yeah it’s loud!! It’s a freaking football game. Been to a few other stadiums and they are pretty pathetic. St. Louis was the worst. Most boring place ever to see a game, no wonder they left. 

But I totally understand. Several years ago I would be there. Now I like my house more than the hassle.

Used to have Rams Season tickets. In the corner, 3 rows off the field. So boring. A new set of cheerleaders every quarter was the highlight.

My condolences to Chiefs and Saints fans.

Thought I was going to develop and ulcer watching the AFC championship.  Glad to see the Pats win, but I have to admit I feel a little bit sorry for Andy Reid.  What a game!

Saints got shafted by the refs.  The officiating was bad in both games, but I'd say the Saints got hosed more than anyone.
