started off slow. Got there around 10:45 and caught nothing for the first couple hours. got some recomendations on flies and thats when it all changed. Started throwing a pheasant tail under a pink san juan worm and caught my PB on the worm! ended up catching 6 decent rainbows on both the worm and the pheasant tail before the siren went off. Super fun!

it was and thank you! I think I have the tendency to stay in one spot for too long especially when I know theres fish there, so i decided to try and move around a little bit more this time and had a blast.

I was told by a very experienced fly fisherman I met on the water that the fish get put off after s little while and you should probably be very active moving and trying new areas. I think there is some truth in that.

How many more days we got before they close to get ready for the march opener?
