I wanted to share a picture of my replica I got made and just got back of my 10+ pound rainbow from last fall.  With a suggestion from Phil Lilley I chose Don Frank from KC to do it and I think he did just a marvelous job. Thanks again for the suggestion Phil.  He did a great job with the orangish pink gill plates and fins. Pictures don't do it justice but I wanted to share.

That fish looks stream bred.  It seems to have all of its fins and is shaped like a trout that has lived its natural life in a stream.

Our good friend on here Fishndoug lives pretty close by to Don's.  He took that pic to show me some of the amazing work he was doing and to hold me over for when mine gets done.  Hope he doesn't mind me posting it, but man small world lol.
