Members sjcorpst Posted May 22, 2019 Members Posted May 22, 2019 It is to showcase how well these guys can dissect a body of water under varying conditions and still catch fish. I think they all proved how good Tablerock is and how many fish you can catch if you know what you're doing. I've not seen those kinds of reports here, even from the guys that fish it every day. Quantities of fish caught were through the roof and really, wouldn't it be a blast to catch that many in one day. You'd feel like you died and went to heaven. m&m 1

It doesn't matter how good the fishing is, somebody always sucks, even the pros. snagged in outlet 3 1

Seth Posted May 22, 2019 Posted May 22, 2019 I can't think of any lakes that don't have certain areas that fish better than others. That's just fishing for you.

That being said, I rarely get to the lower end of the lake and hearing you Table Rock old timers talk about how it was back in the day makes me wish I could have experienced it. magicwormman and merc1997 Bo 2
willyfish Posted May 22, 2019 Posted May 22, 2019 They just put up a pie chart. Around 6,000 fish caught with half being largemouth for a little over 12,600 lbs. I would think that is up to the minute and they still have another couple hours to go. That's over 6 tons folks, pretty awesome fishing. You would think they would stumble across some bigger ones though.
