best walleye guide on bull?

Depend on what time of the year that you want to fish. In the winter, I would definitely recommend Buster. There several guides out of Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock that would be good the rest of the year.

they dont care what part of the lake, I am gonna say they are wanting to come up this fall.

If the water gets to normal pool and it's late fall/winter.  Buster.  End of story.

Fishing in the Fall on Bull can be tough. The lake is predicted to be back to normal on September 23rd. I think Buster only guides on Bull in the Winter, but he would definitely be my first pick.

Duane Doty is another option, I'd at least talk to Duane and see what his take is on fall fishing for walleye on the upper end of Bull.

Late Fall/Winter.... hands down....Buster.  I learned everything I know from him.   I only guide trout.  Walleye is my fun time.
