I try not to bash other outboard repair guys because #1 it's unprofessional, and #2 if I did you would think I was doing it to get your business.   

I don't talk outboard stuff on here to ADVERTISE, I'm just trying to help because I truly like you guys.   If I wanted to advertise I would send Phil a check and you'd get my business logo in your face everytime you logged on here.

I'm confident that none of the stuff I post is untrue.....and if it is then I'm always open to being corrected, but please be more convincing if you can.

Can you point me to a genuinely untrue thing that I have ever posted on here (where I wasn't obviously joking around)?   I bet ya can't.

Before you do that though, be cool and tell us why you changed your handle from mjk86 to topdollar.  I've had the same handle since I first got internet access. Full of BS as you might think I am, I have never had a reason to try to hide my identity.

I cant tell if you're joking or not.  It seems like you have a genuine dislike for scientists.  I happen to be one, and I know for a fact that your assumptions are incorrect.  You also see to it that your opinions about scientists are broadcast all over OAF.  MJK are my initials and 86 was the year I was born.  That account was (and still is) blocked from posting any new content.  I am not sure how or why that happened so I made a new name which I called "top dollar" after my favorite fishing lure.

Back when this place started I never imagined it would grow like this so I just popped in a name concerning the big controversy at the time.  Snagging trout in the outlets.  Back then it was really just focused on Taney.  

Right now I'm busy checking my trail cameras out in the back of the house.  Some people on the Nextdoor app are certain they have seen a cougar down the street chasing deer.  I gotta get that on camera!!!!  But unfortunately I don't trust soccer mom's.  Seedy bunch of women!

I have no reason to hide my identity.  I posted my picture.  I'm sure folks have seen me on the lower meremac, busch wildlife and various other ponds around st louis.  I post honest reports with as much information as I can give.  I also fish at table rock, Stockton,  and on the upper big river.  I also post on forums that dont get as many good fishing reports.  I'm not a very good angler, but I would happily explain what I know to anyone who asks.  I won't withhold any information,  or exaggerate my skillset.

I love science, it was the only class I ever actually didn't dread going to.   Good science is great, but in the area of fish and game management much of the science is BS.....and they use that BS science to control the things I enjoy most in life.   One of my closest friends is a fisheries biologist, and I unload on him all the time.  He fully agrees with me 90% of the time, and when he doesn't agree he at least understands why I "feel that way".   It never changes anything but at least I have retained my foothold on reality, which is important to me personally.  

I don't have a dislike for scientist's, I have a dislike for people who make decisions (that effect me) based on science that is flawed or incomplete.   And there's alot of that going on in the world.   

Now that we've cleared that up I am anxious to see screenshots of posts I have made that are allegedly untrue.  And which assumptions are untrue?

Oh man, there's some solid entertainment on Nextdoor. I haven't seen a cougar claim yet, but apparently my neighborhood is swarming with kitten-and-puppy-eating bobcats and foxes. And people don't know how to drive in the roundabouts.
