gotmuddy Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 Not sure if anyone wants to try, but the Spring river looks great right now. everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
gotmuddy Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 Even if the White is super high, you can get out of the current and catch tons of fish. Ham 1 everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
Quillback Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Just talked to Miles to confirm we are coming, he says he was out a couple of days ago and did well on Power Bait. Fish were deep, near the bottom. He thinks jerk baits are a good option. Daryk Campbell Sr and JestersHK 2
Seth Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Sounds like prime conditions for dragging crankbaits. I need to remember to throw them in the boat before I leave. JestersHK and Daryk Campbell Sr 2

Ham Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 I was on the river last Saturday. No issues. A little more water and the river is a 1 1/2 foot higher. So, be cautious and stay alert, but not a deal breaker. Quillback and Daryk Campbell Sr 2 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
JestersHK Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 So @Seth and I will be down Thursday afternoon and I was thinking of just launching there at Buffalo access. With this much flow will the launch be usable? Sorry may be a newb question, just trying to gameplan for tomorrow.

But at that level the down stream ramp was not steep and you had to back waaay in to float your boat. You should be good to go at one or the other though. JestersHK 1
gotmuddy Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 I love the upstream ramp, the rileys also have a ramp thats a good angle, but its gravel(need 4wd) everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
Ham Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 Be advised, at the current generation levels, the White Hole boat ramp and areas of the parking lot are flooded out. I won’t launch there nor recommend that anyone else do so either. JestersHK 1 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
